Spring may be nowhere in sight, but we’re wishing for it early with Lauren & Dan’s oh-so beautiful English countryside wedding.
The pair married in their local church in picturesque Wiltshire, around the corner from both sets of parents, with a stunning marquee reception nestled across the fields and down by the lake.
With it all being in one village and all in such close proximity, there was such a relaxed and intimate feel across the whole day, which was so wonderful to capture. We especially love that Lauren chose to walk down to the church in the sunshine, her bridesmaids in tow!
After a beautifully touching ceremony and an amazing confetti moment outside the church, the couple and their guests took a leisurely stroll down to the marquee, Prosecco in hand.
The vision for their day truly came alive inside their reception space. The styling was absolutely impeccable. They kept it simple and paired-back with gold details, muted florals and flourishes of greenery, making the the pristine white marquee the focus and really giving it that wow factor. It all totally complemented the natural setting, and boosted the effortless, laid-back feel of the blooming meadows and the golden light that flooded in when early evening arrived.
Drinking and dancing was definitely high up in the priorities for the celebrations, with Aperol Spritz being the recommended cocktail by the bride and groom, and an amazing live band playing into the night.
